You are solely responsible for the content that you choose to submit for publication on the website, MASSH social media pages, third party branding and marketing platforms, including any feedback, reviews, or ratings. MASSH disclaims all responsibility concerning the content of any such feedback, reviews, or ratings, and shall not be liable, under any event, for any comments or feedback given by any of the users about the services provided by another user. Users / Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided by MASSH, following our billing policies.

We provide users with the ability to pay online through a secure third party payment gateway. If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to the payment gateway to complete the payment process. You will have the option to pay by credit card, debit card, UPI or a secured payment link generated via the third party payment gateway. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway and the hospital shall not be liable (a) if any transaction does not materialise or may not be completed for any reason whatsoever, or (b) in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Users / Patients can schedule appointments through our website, our app or directly reaching us at 011-35021666. Users / Patients are required to notify MASSH in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in fees or penalties. This cancellation policy also applies to all online payments made through the website, app, or while talking to our representatives on call. At the time of a valid cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only and will be refunded within a given number of working days as communicated by the third party payment gateway provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the MASSH website, including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of MASSH along with any information displayed, transmitted, or carried by MASSH and its related websites including, but not limited to, news articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, profiles, audio clips, video clips, trademarks, service marks and the like is protected by intellectual property laws.
