Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation

Users / Patients are encouraged to notify MASSH promptly if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients and efficiently manage our schedule.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

To avoid charges, appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. In case the booking is scheduled for the same day, the appointment must be cancelled at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this timeframe may result in charges.

3. Cancellation Fees

Users / Patients may be subject to a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled outside the specified timeframe. The amount of the fee will be Rs 200/- (our one time registration cost).

4. No-Show Policy

If a user / patient fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, MASSH will not be responsible for any refund.

5. Waiver of Fees

MASSH may, at its discretion, waive cancellation fees or no-show fees under exceptional circumstances. Requests for fee waivers should be submitted in writing to info@massh.in

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients can contact us at 011-35021666 or use our online appointment system on the website & app.

7. Refund Policy

Cancellation fees and no-show fees are non-refundable. Refunds for other services will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Exceptions

Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of documented emergencies or circumstances beyond the patient's control. Requests for exceptions should be submitted in writing to info@massh.in

9. Changes to Cancellation Policy

MASSH reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the MASSH website.
